It can be wrapped around the head, face, neck or anywhere on the body that requires relief through hot or cold therapy.

How to use
Directions For Cold Use:
Step one - Place the M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap in a bag and leave in the fridge/freezer for a minimum of 1-2 hours.
Step two - Adjust M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap around the area of application and adjust the Velcro for personal comfort
Step three - Relax for 10-15 minutes
Directions For Hot Use:
Step one - Microwave for 20 seconds and add 10 second increments until it reaches a desired temperature (based on 650-799W microwave)
Step two - If feeling too hot, cool it for a few minutes before using it
Step three - Adjust M-Club Hot and Cold Wrap around the area of application and adjust the Velcro for personal comfort
Step four - Relax for 5-7 minutes
Hazards and Cautions
Do not wash, wipe clean only. Do not use if the product is damaged. Heat the product only from room temperature. Check the temperature before use. Lay flat and air dry. Hand wash only, do not use washing machine. Do not iron, use bleach or dryer machine.
Heating Precautions: Do not heat for one minute at a time, or two minutes in total. Do not place in plastic protective bag when heating.
